Recent Park Tower Luxury Collection Review: "We've traveled extensively around the world, and service in this hotel was superior. Friendly, cooperative staff were everywhere. The front desk staff and the concierge staff were always ready and willing to address all questions and needs. Every single person we met at the hotel was smiling, helpful, and went beyond expectations. It was truly a remarkable experience. When I told the concierge that my traveling companion really enjoyed the chocolate truffles that were available at the check-in desk, a box of truffles magically appeared in our room the next day -- free of charge. The concierge negotiated theater tickets, dinner reservations, ferry passage, car services, etc,., for us, saving us much time and trouble given our limited Spanish. The breakfast buffet included in our stay was so good we were sorry we missed it by sleeping in the first few days. The hotel's location is its only (slight) drawback. The business district (Microcentro) is fairly deserted on weekends and after rush hour is over; we took taxis everywhere, which was a minor inconvenience."
