| O hotel é excelente pelo atendimento, serviço. Só do café da manhã que eu esperava um pouquinho mais variado, mas é tudo muito gostoso. Recomendo! |

| All the personel working at the hotel are very helpful, always ready to serve you at any time, with a presonalized treatment. You wondered the difference when you stay in a big hotel in Buenos aires where the relationship is very impersonnel. Breakfast is very typical but could be better...The only negative point the hotel is to small but with the good treatment you receive you quickly forget this point. |

| The hotel is located on a busy, lovely street in the Recoleta. It's convenient to many spots, including the Recoleta cemetery and shopping. The front desk staff was very pleasant and courteous, and helpful with logistical issues but less so with concierge/activity type questions. Breakfast buffet was fine. The gym was so humid that it felt like a sauna. The hotel "spa" has a hot tub that it was nice to soak our feet in after a day of walking all around.
Our room was bright and airy. The beds were comfortable. We had a nice view onto the street. The bathroom was spacious, with nice touches. Although they offered free Wi-Fi, Internet service was abysmal.
We loved staying at this hotel overall; negatives were the work-out area and the internet service. |
